Our naturally smoked kielbasa is an old Polish recipe inherited by Walter Rieker from a fellow sausage master years ago. Unlike other brands, our kielbasa is very lean, so there is no greasy or fatty texture. The perfect mixture of seasonings makes our kielbasa a versatile sausage in many recipes.
