Our naturally smoked kielbasa is an old Polish recipe inherited by and then improved on by Walter Rieker from a fellow sausage master decades ago. Unlike other brands, our kielbasa is very lean, so there is no greasy or fatty texture. The perfect mixture of seasonings makes our kielbasa a versatile sausage in many recipes.
