Also known as a "German-style" Kielbasa, Bierwuerstchen are one of the spicier brats we sell. They are very lean, made with approximately 80% beef and 20% pork. With their strong garlic and pepper seasoning, these brats are great grilled, but they can also be steamed in your favorite beer or fried.
