Bacon Knackwurst
We have added imported roasted onion and our own bacon to the basic knackwurst recipe, creating a wurst with astounding flavor.
Bockwurst
This delicious sausage is made with veal and pork. It is the mildest of our sausages, and is often referred to as "Weisswurst."
Breakfast Sausage
Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the raw breakfast sausage has a great, mild flavor.
Fresh Hungarian Bratwurst
This raw sausage looks like a redder kielbasa, but it has added garlic and paprika.
Fresh Kielbasa
This Polish favorite has been perfected by Walter and Marcus. It's raw, so it needs to be cooked before eating.
Green Pepper and Onion Griller
This raw sausage is like breakfast sausage, but we have ground onion and green peppers into the mix, creating an exceptionally tasty treat.
Knackwurst
The knackwurst is a favorite item, made of beef, pork and veal, with garlic seasoning. It's casing gives it the same satisfying snap as our wieners.
Muenchner Bratwurst
This is the long, skinny, white bratwurst with green flecks. It has caraway seed and chive added for extra flavor!
Oktoberfest Bratwurst
This white bratwurst is brought to life through an herbal seasoning mix, which includes caraway and marjoram.
